Commercial Passport (2020)
Commercial Passport helps in customer identification related to financial crimes and money laundering prevention. This complex fintech web app provides a KYC solution with reviewing, documenting, and analyzing data for legal entities through an efficient digital master record format. The major challenge in this project was achieving a coherent interface – despite the variable data formats/categories, and various data sources.
According to the user research, the key pain-point in this market niche is absence of clarity and simplicity. Users reported spending more than optimal time in searching and managing their records.
